How It Works

1. Submit a Request

Complete the request form describing your business, the application you want, its intended users, desired features, design preferences, hosting platform, and proposed budget. You may include examples or reference materials.

 

2. Review & Acceptance

I evaluate your request for technical feasibility, complexity, available resources, and estimated development requirements. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Pricing, project scope, and payment terms are established before work begins.

 

3. Development

Once accepted, your application is developed according to the agreed specifications. Development may include research, interface design, interactive tools, functional integrations, responsive layouts, and testing.

 

4. Delivery

You receive the agreed application files, generally including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and applicable supporting assets, along with basic implementation instructions. Completion times depend on project complexity and workload.

 

5. Installation

You are responsible for installing and hosting the application using a compatible website or hosting service, unless installation assistance has been specifically arranged.

Hosting & Backend Requirements

IMPORTANT: Clients must provide their own compatible hosting environment and any required backend infrastructure.

Sici's Business Building primarily develops web-based applications. It does not automatically provide website hosting, domains, databases, servers, or other infrastructure.

Depending on the application's functionality, you may need:

​

• A website or compatible hosting service, such as Wix or WordPress

• A domain name

• Database hosting or cloud storage

• Backend services and server-side processing

• User authentication and account management

• Third-party API access

• Payment processors or external subscriptions

• ​

Not every application requires a backend. Many HTML-based applications, calculators, games, and interactive tools can operate directly within a compatible website.

​

However, applications requiring secure customer accounts, shared databases, online payments, cloud synchronization, or server-side features generally need additional infrastructure.

​

These services and their associated fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Technical Limitations & Disclaimer

Please understand the following before purchasing:

​

• Web Applications: Applications are generally browser-based. Native Android or iOS development and app-store publication are not included unless specifically agreed.

• ​

• Compatibility: Applications may be designed for Wix and other compatible platforms, but functionality depends on the platform's technical capabilities and restrictions.

• ​

• Backend Functionality: Features requiring databases, accounts, or server-side operations cannot operate fully without the appropriate infrastructure.

• ​

• Third-Party Services: External APIs, payment processors, and subscription services may require additional fees and configurations.

• Data Storage: Browser-based storage may be limited to individual devices and is not a substitute for secure cloud databases.

• ​

• Security: Cybersecurity audits, regulatory compliance certification, and specialized security infrastructure are not automatically included.

• ​

• Testing: Applications are tested within the available development environment, but completely error-free operation across all devices and platforms cannot be guaranteed.

• ​

• Maintenance: Ongoing technical support, hosting administration, upgrades, and future modifications are separate services unless included in the agreement.

• ​

• Business Results: Increased revenue, traffic, efficiency, or other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

• ​

Features requiring unavailable infrastructure may be modified or excluded from the agreed project scope.

 

Budget Policy

Clients may propose their own development budgets. Pricing depends on application complexity, number of features, design requirements, research, integrations, and development time.

However:

• I reserve the right to decline requests with unrealistic budgets or requirements.

• Large or complicated projects may require phased development or additional fees.

• Features outside the accepted project scope may require separate payment.

• Hosting, subscriptions, databases, and other external expenses are not included unless specified.

• A submitted budget does not guarantee acceptance.

• ​

All accepted projects will have an agreed price and defined scope before development begins.

 

Exclusivity & Availability

Sici's Business Building operates on a limited-capacity basis.

 

Because I manage multiple creative and business projects, only a limited number of development requests can be accepted at one time.

 

Requests may be declined or deferred based on workload, technical feasibility, or project complexity.

 

Estimated completion dates will be provided when possible but are not guaranteed.

 

What You Receive

Depending on your accepted project agreement:

• A customized web-based application

• Functional tools and interactive features

• Personalized design and branding

• Responsive layouts for compatible devices

• Application source code and supporting files

• Basic instructions for implementation

• Testing within the agreed project scope

• ​

You Do Not Automatically Receive:

• Website or domain registration

• Hosting, servers, or cloud databases

• Third-party subscriptions or paid API access

• Native mobile applications

• App-store publication

• Unlimited revisions or lifetime maintenance

• Guaranteed compatibility with every platform

• Guaranteed financial or business results

Any additional services must be agreed upon separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, maintaining compatible hosting, obtaining necessary third-party services, and ensuring that their use of the application complies with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Any required licensing, source-code ownership, or commercial usage rights will be defined in the project agreement.

Significant changes requested after development begins may result in additional fees or revised delivery expectations.

All projects are subject to individual review, acceptance, technical feasibility, and agreed payment terms.
