Othersyders was founded by Sici Supreme, also known as Aeon Phoenix. Sici is the creator behind the site's design collections, music, services, artwork, and many of the concepts found throughout Othersyders.

Othersyders is designed primarily for creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, designers, freelancers, business builders, and people looking for unconventional creative or commercial opportunities. Some people may come here to shop, while others may come to build businesses, license designs, network, hire Sici for a service, advertise, join a community, or simply explore.

 

4. Is Othersyders a store or a social network?

It's both—and considerably more. Othersyders combines stores, creative services, commercial licensing, professional and social communities, entertainment, business opportunities, and original projects. Think of the site as an ecosystem rather than a single-purpose online store.

 

5. Is the website illegal?

No. Othersyders is an extremely controversial website, but as we are based in the United States, it is legal to express all controversial views. We may be shadowbanned, blackballed and sabotaged, but not arrested. 

 

6. Do I need an account to use Othersyders?

Not for everything. Many public pages can be browsed without membership, while certain community areas, subscriptions, private content, and member features may require you to sign in or purchase the applicable membership. Black Label does not require a Black Label membership simply to purchase a license.

 

7. Is everything on Othersyders created by Sici?

A large portion of the site's products, concepts, designs, and services originate with Sici Supreme, but Othersyders is also developing into a platform where other creators, businesses, sellers, collaborators, and community members can participate.

Othersyders is intentionally built around creative freedom and Sici's creative identity. Sici Design Works, or SDW, is a large catalog of commercial creative designs. The library contains more than 4,000 designs and counting, covering a wide variety of products, industries, and business categories.

 

12. How much does Sici Design Works cost?

The Sici Design Works subscription is currently $49.99 per month and continues until canceled. The subscription provides access to the available SDW commercial design library under the applicable licensing terms.

 

13. What kinds of designs are in Sici Design Works?

Current categories include Aeon's Apparel, Aeon's Architecture, Aeon's Electronics, Aeon's Imporium, Global Terrorist Designs, Sici Drip, Sici Ink, Sici Merchmaking, Sici's Smokery, Sici Sports, Sici Supreme Designs, Sici Transport, and The Aeonic Beauty.

These collections span areas such as fashion, jewelry, transportation, electronics, architecture, merchandise, tattoos, beauty, sporting goods, accessories, product concepts, and much more.

 

14. Can I use SDW designs to make money?

Yes. That is one of the primary purposes of Sici Design Works. Members can use licensed designs to develop products, brands, merchandise, digital products, and other commercial ventures, subject to the applicable SDW licensing terms.

 

15. Can I use SDW designs on Etsy, Shopify, or other marketplaces?

Yes, provided your use complies with the SDW license and the rules of the marketplace you're selling through. You are responsible for making sure your products and business comply with marketplace requirements and applicable laws.

 

16. Can I create my own brand using SDW designs?

Yes. SDW is designed for entrepreneurs, clothing and streetwear companies, print-on-demand sellers, digital creators, agencies, independent designers, small businesses, and other people looking for commercially usable creative concepts.

 

17. Are SDW designs exclusive to me?

No. Standard Sici Design Works designs are non-exclusive. Other licensed members may have access to the same designs. If you require exclusive commercial rights, explore Black Label, First Looks Club, or Sici Customs.

 

18. Do new designs get added to SDW?

Yes. New designs are continually created and added, allowing the available collection to grow over time.

 

19. What happens when I cancel my SDW subscription?

Canceling your subscription ends future subscription access according to the applicable membership terms. Your rights concerning designs you previously obtained or commercially used are governed by the licensing terms attached to the program rather than by continued access to the entire SDW library.

 

20. Is SDW the same thing as Black Label?

No. Standard Sici Design Works is the site's large non-exclusive design collection. Black Label focuses on exclusive commercial design licensing. They serve different purposes.

 

FIRST LOOKS CLUB

 

21. What is the First Looks Club?

First Looks Club is a paid early-access program containing a separate collection of designs specifically designated for First Looks Club. These designs are held for Club members for a protected period before Othersyders decides whether to make them available elsewhere.

 

22. How much is First Looks Club?

First Looks Club currently costs $199.99 per month. The subscription continues until canceled according to the applicable subscription terms.

 

23. How long are First Looks designs reserved for members?

Each designated First Looks Club design receives its own 30-day members-only exclusive period, beginning when that particular design is released into the Club.

 

24. Does every new Othersyders design go through First Looks Club first?

No. This is important. First Looks Club is its own separate collection. Othersyders can continue creating and releasing completely different designs directly into Sici Design Works, Black Label, and other collections while First Looks Club designs are undergoing their individual 30-day periods. Membership does not give you advance access to every design Othersyders creates.

 

25. Does my $199.99 membership buy the designs?

No. Your membership purchases access to First Looks Club. Individual designs are purchased or licensed separately and have their own prices and licensing requirements.

 

26. What does "first dibs" actually mean?

Members receive the first opportunity to pursue designated First Looks Club designs during their protected 30-day period.

Simply viewing, saving, favoriting, or asking about a design does not automatically reserve it. Unless otherwise stated, the member who successfully completes the required purchase and licensing process first receives priority.

 

27. What happens if nobody purchases a design during its 30 days?

Othersyders may move the design to Black Label, move it into Sici Design Works or another collection, leave it in First Looks Club, modify it, repackage it, archive it, or withdraw it entirely. Completing the 30-day period does not guarantee that a design will appear in any particular collection afterward.

 

28. Are First Looks purchases subject to royalties?

Commercial exploitation of purchased First Looks designs can carry a continuing 5% royalty on applicable Gross Sales, subject to the applicable design license. The First Looks Club subscription, initial design purchase price, and continuing commercial royalty are separate financial obligations.

 

29. Can I share First Looks designs with people who aren't members?

Club-only designs should not be publicly leaked, posted, distributed, or shared during their protected period.

Limited private disclosure may be appropriate when necessary for legitimate business purposes involving manufacturers, advisers, contractors, investors, or other business partners, provided appropriate confidentiality is maintained.

 

30. Can I share my First Looks Club account?

No. Memberships should not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with unrelated third parties for the purpose of avoiding membership fees.

 

BLACK LABEL EXCLUSIVE LICENSING

 

31. What is SDW Black Label?

Black Label is Othersyders' premium commercial design-licensing program for businesses, brands, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and other commercial buyers seeking exclusive design opportunities.

Black Label concepts can cover industries such as fashion, jewelry, transportation, electronics, sports, beauty, consumer products, and many others.

 

32. What am I buying when I purchase a Black Label design?

You are purchasing a commercial license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The Othersyders Company retains ownership of the design while your individual license gives you the specific commercial and exclusive rights described in your agreement.

 

33. Are Black Label licenses worldwide?

Black Label licenses can provide worldwide territory unless the individual licensing agreement states otherwise. Always review your specific agreement because it determines the exact territory and commercial scope of your rights.

 

34. Are Black Label designs exclusive?

Yes, within the scope established by your license.

Exclusivity can be defined according to authorized products, markets, sales channels, territory, and other conditions. Exclusive commercial rights should not be confused with ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

 

35. Is there a recurring Black Label membership fee?

There is no recurring fixed Black Label membership fee simply for holding the applicable Black Label license. The licensing structure uses an initial licensing fee followed by the applicable royalty obligations.

 

36. What royalty does Black Label charge?

The current Black Label licensing agreement requires a royalty equal to 5% of Gross Quarterly Revenue generated from Licensed Products, according to the definitions and requirements contained in the applicable agreement.

 

37. What does Gross Quarterly Revenue mean?

Generally, Gross Quarterly Revenue refers to amounts received or receivable from selling, licensing, distributing, or otherwise monetizing the applicable Licensed Products during the reporting period before ordinary business-expense deductions.

Actual customer refunds or returns and applicable transaction taxes separately collected and remitted to government may be excluded according to the agreement.

 

38. Can I deduct manufacturing, advertising, or marketplace fees before calculating the 5%?

Under the current Black Label licensing structure, ordinary business costs such as manufacturing, materials, labor, advertising, marketing, shipping, marketplace commissions, payment-processing fees, rent, payroll, contractors, and overhead generally do not reduce the applicable gross-revenue royalty base unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

39. What happens after I purchase a Black Label design?

After your purchase, you complete the Black Label Purchase Completion process. This provides Othersyders with the information necessary to establish your licensing record, royalty-reporting information, business information, and any qualifying referring Black Label Agent. You will then be responsible for completing the applicable quarterly royalty reporting.

 

40. Do I have to manufacture the design after licensing it?

Licensing a concept gives you the rights established by your agreement. It does not automatically mean you are required to manufacture or commercially release the design unless your individual agreement specifically creates such an obligation.

 

BLACK LABEL AGENTS

 

41. What is a Black Label Agent?

A Black Label Agent is an independent salesperson or business developer who connects Black Label concepts with companies capable of licensing and commercially developing them. Agents can identify potential buyers, approach companies, make introductions, present opportunities, and help create licensing transactions.

 

42. Do I need professional sales experience to become an agent?

Not necessarily. Formal licensing experience is not required.

Sales ability, networking, entrepreneurship, industry relationships, communication skills, research ability, persistence, and the ability to create legitimate business opportunities can all be valuable.

Applications are still subject to review and approval.

 

43. Do Black Label Agents have to pay to participate?

No. Black Label Agents should never be required to pay money for the opportunity to participate in the program.

If someone claims you must pay them to become an Othersyders Black Label Agent, report it to Othersyders.

 

44. How do Black Label Agents make money?

The current program offers qualifying agents 10% of the initial contract commission plus 10% of the product royalties received by Black Label from qualifying transactions attributed to that agent. Exact compensation remains subject to the applicable agent arrangement and transaction.

 

45. Is agent income guaranteed?

No. Black Label Agent compensation is performance-based. Agents have to create successful opportunities that result in qualifying licensing transactions. Continuing royalty income also depends on the licensed products actually generating applicable commercial revenue.

 

46. Can agents approach companies outside the United States?

Yes. Agents are encouraged to think internationally and across industries rather than limiting themselves only to major American corporations.

 

47. Can several agents promote the same design?

Yes. Designs may potentially be available for promotion by multiple Black Label Agents.

The qualifying agent who successfully generates the applicable completed transaction receives the compensation associated with that transaction according to the program rules.

 

48. How quickly are Black Label Agent commissions paid?

Initial commissions are generally paid within 3–5 business days after the qualifying sale closes. Applicable royalty payments are generally paid to the agent within 7–10 business days after Othersyders receives the associated royalties, subject to the applicable transaction and agent terms.

 

SICI CUSTOMS & CREATIVE DESIGN SERVICES

 

49. What is Sici Customs?

Sici Customs is the site's custom exclusive-design service for individuals and businesses that want something created specifically for them rather than selecting an existing design. Requests can involve products, fashion, branding, music, recipes, merchandise, creative concepts, and other projects within the service's capabilities.

 

50. Are Sici Customs designs exclusive?

Sici Customs is designed around exclusive custom work. Once an exclusive custom design is delivered under the applicable agreement, it is not intended to be reused, resold, or licensed again by Sici. Your specific project agreement determines your final commercial and usage rights.

 

51. How much does Sici Customs cost?

There is no universal price for every custom project. Submit your idea, intended use, project requirements, and budget. The request can then be evaluated according to its scope, feasibility, complexity, value, availability, and other relevant factors.

 

52. How long does a Sici Customs project take?

A typical project can take approximately 7–30 days, depending on its size, complexity, requirements, and current workload.

 

53. Can Sici Customs reject my request?

Yes. Sici Customs is selective. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Projects may be accepted or declined based on feasibility, budget, availability, scope, subject matter, creative fit, or other relevant factors.

 

54. What is Sici Storefronts?

Sici Storefronts is a commercial concept-design service for businesses. Concepts can be created for restaurants, retail stores, offices, nightclubs, banks, dispensaries, grocery stores, coffee shops, jewelers, salons, entertainment venues, and other commercial environments. Projects can include exterior storefronts, interior concepts, individual commercial spaces, branding environments, and conceptual layouts.

 

55. Are Sici Storefronts concepts architectural blueprints?

No. Sici Storefronts provides conceptual commercial visualization. The service helps clients explore what a commercial environment could look like before construction, renovation, or tenant improvement. Technical architecture, engineering, structural calculations, building-code compliance, permitting, technical construction drawings, and other regulated professional services should be handled by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals.

 

56. Can I send photographs, floor plans, or my existing logo for a Storefronts project?

Yes. Clients are encouraged to provide useful reference materials such as photographs, logos, brand colors, sketches, inspiration images, existing floor plans, property photographs, and information about the intended business.

 

OTHERSYDERS MODELING

 

57. What is Othersyders Modeling?

Othersyders Modeling transforms submitted photographs into professional-style modeling imagery and visual portfolios.

Projects can include headshots, editorial images, runway concepts, commercial modeling images, glamour, streetwear, alternative fashion, luxury fashion, themed campaigns, and other visual concepts.

 

58. Do I have to already be a professional model?

No. The service allows people to begin with existing photographs and develop professional-style modeling imagery without already having a traditional professional modeling portfolio.

 

59. Can businesses use Othersyders Modeling?

Yes.

The service can also be used by clothing designers, fashion brands, makeup artists, boutiques, influencers, content creators, entrepreneurs, and other businesses that need modeling imagery for products, concepts, presentations, or campaigns.

 

60. How is Othersyders Modeling priced?

MUSIC, AUDIO & WRITING

 

61. What is Submit Your Voice?

Submit Your Voice is a custom song-production service for singers, rappers, and vocal artists.

You provide your voice and creative direction, and Sici develops a finished song using production software, production techniques, AI-assisted tools, DAW work, and other appropriate creative methods.

 

62. What should I submit for Submit Your Voice?

Approximately 15 minutes of clean a cappella vocals covering as much of your natural vocal range as possible is recommended.

A professional recording studio is not necessarily required, but clean recordings with minimal background noise provide better source material.

 

63. Can Submit Your Voice make different genres?

Yes. Projects can include R&B, pop, gospel, hip-hop, country, rock, Afrobeats, and many other genres. If your preferred genre isn't listed, you can still describe the sound you're looking for when submitting your request.

 

64. Can Sici write my lyrics?

Yes. You can provide your own lyrics or request original writing as part of your project. Projects requiring original lyric writing may require a larger budget because additional creative work is involved.

 

65. Can I ask to sound exactly like a famous singer?

No. You can describe characteristics such as genre, mood, instrumentation, vocal energy, production style, tempo, or general creative direction, but the service does not directly clone or imitate a specific artist's voice or identity.

 

66. Are revisions included with Submit Your Voice?

The current service includes two revisions. Additional revisions or substantial changes beyond the original agreed direction may require an additional fee.

 

67. What formats are finished songs delivered in?

Available formats can include WAV, MP3, and MP4, with trackouts available upon request where applicable.

 

68. Can I commercially use my finished Submit Your Voice song?

Yes, subject to your individual project terms and any applicable third-party rights. The completed custom song is intended to be commercially usable by the client under the rights established for the project.

 

69. What is Sici Scripts?

Sici Scripts is a custom writing and ghostwriting service. Projects can include poems, blogs, bios, personal writing, mission statements, vision statements, taglines, social content, short scripts, dialogue, letters, dedications, eulogies, and other custom writing. Complete long-form works such as full novels are not currently the primary focus of the service.

 

70. Can Sici Scripts ghostwrite something without publicly crediting Sici?

Yes. Projects can potentially use full ghostwriting, partial or shared credit, anonymous arrangements, or NDA-based arrangements when approved in advance.

 

71. What is Sici Speaks?

Sici Speaks is a custom recorded voice and audio service. It can include spoken performances, voice projects, experimental audio, custom recordings, and other requests that can be recorded and delivered digitally. It is primarily a production service rather than a live conversation.

 

72. Can I hire Sici for a live conversation or consultation?

Yes. That's what Meet Aeon is for. Meet Aeon can potentially include online, chat, phone, and approved in-person sessions depending on availability, budget, scheduling, location, and the nature of the request. Online, chat, or phone sessions may typically run approximately 30–90 minutes, although individual arrangements can vary.

73. What is the Othersyders Mall?

Current standard listings generally offer personal-use recipes for $5.99 and non-exclusive commercial-use versions for $59.99.

89. When do I pay for a custom service?
