WELCOME TO SICI STOREFRONTS
SEE YOUR BUSINESS BEFORE YOU BUILD IT.
Sici Storefronts is a commercial concept design service that turns your ideas for restaurants, retail stores, offices, nightclubs, cafés, salons, dispensaries and other businesses into detailed visual concepts. Tell me what kind of business you're creating, the atmosphere you want and the features you need, and I'll develop a visual direction for the property.
I can start with the exterior façade and storefront, then take the concept inside to develop customer areas, dining rooms, offices, kitchens, bars, service counters, reception areas, private rooms and other commercial spaces. For larger projects, I can also create conceptual overhead layouts that show how the different areas of the business could be organized.
The idea is simple: before you spend money trying to build it, you should be able to see it.

WHY START WITH A VISUAL CONCEPT?
Commercial development can become expensive very quickly. A visual concept gives you an opportunity to explore ideas before committing to construction, renovations, fixtures, finishes, equipment and other major expenses.
The finished images can also make it easier to communicate your ideas. Instead of relying entirely on descriptions, sketches and references from unrelated businesses, you have visuals specifically developed around your project that you can use when discussing the concept with architects, interior designers, contractors, investors, business partners, landlords and other professionals involved in bringing the location to life.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
• Turn your business idea into a professional visual concept
• See what your storefront, interior and major commercial spaces could look like
• Give your business a distinctive visual identity instead of a generic commercial appearance
• Create a consistent design theme across the exterior and interior
• Visualize custom façades, entrances, signage, lighting, finishes and architectural features
• See potential dining areas, retail floors, offices, lounges, kitchens, service areas and other spaces
• Receive conceptual overhead layouts that help illustrate the organization of the property
• Give architects and interior designers a visual reference for the style you're trying to achieve
• Give contractors a clearer visual understanding of the finished appearance you have in mind
• Present your proposed business concept to investors, partners, landlords or other stakeholders
• Create professional imagery for business presentations, proposals and development discussions
• Develop a visual concept around your existing logo, colors, branding and business identity
• Turn unusual, ambitious or hard-to-explain ideas into something people can actually see
• Visualize a new business, renovation, remodel or commercial tenant-improvement idea
• See the overall character of the proposed space before committing major money to physical development
• Receive a finished creative direction that can serve as inspiration for the licensed professionals who take the project into architectural and technical development
EXTERIOR COMMERCIAL DESIGN
The exterior is often the customer's first interaction with a physical business, so Sici Storefronts can develop the complete visual identity of the façade rather than simply placing a sign on a generic building.
Depending on the project, that can include storefront configuration, façade materials, glazing, entryways, signage placement, exterior lighting, architectural features, awnings, canopies, display windows, landscaping concepts, outdoor seating and other elements that contribute to the property's curb appeal.
The goal is to make the architecture and the brand feel like they belong together.
INTERIOR COMMERCIAL DESIGN
The concept doesn't have to stop at the entrance. I can continue the visual language established outside and develop interior spaces that feel like they belong to the same business.
For a restaurant, that could mean developing the reception area, dining floor, bar, private dining spaces, open kitchen, back-of-house areas and other major spaces. For a nightclub, we might explore the dance floor, DJ booth, bars, lounges and VIP areas. For retail, we can develop product displays, checkout areas, fitting rooms, customer circulation and merchandising environments.
This allows the project to have a consistent design language instead of having an impressive storefront that leads into an unrelated interior.
CONCEPTUAL SPACE PLANNING
I can create conceptual overhead layouts showing how major spaces might relate to one another. These can help visualize relationships between front-of-house and back-of-house areas, customer spaces, employee areas, circulation paths, service areas, storage and other functional zones.
These are conceptual space-planning visuals, not architectural floor plans or construction drawings. Their purpose is to help communicate the intended organization and character of the business so that a licensed professional has a clearer starting point when developing the actual architectural plans.
BUILD THE BUSINESS AROUND THE BRAND
A commercial space should do more than hold the business. It can become part of the brand itself.
The façade, entrance, lighting, furniture, finishes, displays, signage, fixtures and customer environment can all reinforce what the company represents.
I design around the individual business rather than forcing every client into the same style. Your concept might be luxurious, futuristic, industrial, minimalist, retro, elegant, dark, colorful, cyberpunk, fantasy-inspired or something that doesn't fit neatly into an existing category.
DON'T HAVE THE WHOLE IDEA FIGURED OUT?
You don't need to arrive with architectural terminology or a finished design brief. Tell me what kind of business you're opening, the customers you're trying to attract, the atmosphere you're looking for and whatever ideas you already have.
If you have brand colors, logos, sketches, photographs, existing floor plans, inspiration images or pictures of the property, those references can help me develop the concept around what already exists. If you're starting with nothing more than an idea, we can start there.
HOW IT WORKS
1. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS
Submit your request with the type of business you're developing and a description of what you want it to look and feel like. Include your preferred style, colors, atmosphere, special features and anything else that matters to the concept.
2. TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT DESIGNED
You may only need an exterior storefront concept, or you may want a more complete package that explores the exterior, interior and individual commercial spaces. Tell me the scope you're interested in so I can determine what the project involves.
3. SELECT YOUR BUDGET
Tell me what you're prepared to spend on the project. The number of spaces, amount of detail, number of concepts and overall complexity of the project will determine what I can reasonably produce within that budget.
4. I DEVELOP THE CONCEPT
If your application is approved, I will contact you to begin the creation phase of the project. You'll provide me with any additional references, design ideas or requests and I'll use the information you've provided to develop the visual concept. Depending on the scope, this can include exterior perspectives, interior views, individual rooms, specialty spaces, back-of-house areas and conceptual overhead layouts.
5. RECEIVE YOUR DESIGNS
Your completed concept images are delivered digitally. You can use them to develop your ideas further, present the proposed visual direction and communicate what you're trying to achieve when you begin working with the licensed professionals responsible for technical design and construction.
