A Black Label Agent is a hustler. Someone who sees an opportunity like this and attacks it like a rabid animal. If you think: "I can't do this." or "This won't work for me.", instead of: "Oh my god, I'm about to get PAID!"? This opportunity isn't for you. We're looking for self-starters who are already thinking: "I can take these designs to small companies in Africa!" or "I know people in the jewelry game. Where's my contact list?". Even if you aren't a salesperson, as long as you can see the vision, and see how putting in the work will make you successful, this is the opportunity for you.

How You Earn

10% of Initial Contract Commission + 10% Product Royalties

Each item of SDW's Black Label exclusive comes with a set licensing fee. The licensing fees are based off of the market in which the design in created. These can range from $5,000-$25,000. As our catalog grows, these can then become as high as $100,000-$500,000 per license. The more we all work, the more we will all earn together. You will receive 10% of these contracts as one of our salespeople. But, this is where the opportunity differs:

As a SDW Black Label Agent, you will receive 10% of the royalties that we receive. What does this mean?

Let's say that you successfully pitch one of my designs to a shoe company. Let's call the shoe company: "Adibok".

You pitch the design to a friend who works at "Adibok".
They bring the design to their management. The wheels turn and they decide to license the design for $10,000.
You, as the Black Label Agent, get $1,000 from the sale.
"Adibok" designs and releases the shoe for $100.00 a pair.
That quarter, "Adibok" sells 10,000 pairs of the shoe. A modest number for a mid-sized shoe company.
This generates: $1,000,000 in sales for the quarter.
SDW Black Label would receive 5% of these royalties per the agreement. Or, $50,000 for the quarter.
You as the agent, would receive 10% of what we receive for the quarter: $5,000.
You would receive this every quarter that "Adibok" sells the design.
So, for the year, you would receive $20,000 in royalties off of that one sale.
This would continue for as long as "Adibok" sells the shoe.
If they sell more? You make more. Less? You make less. This continues for as long as the shoe is sold.

As you can imagine, this opportunity can make you wealthy over time. Understand, however, this is not a get rich quick scheme. The process of licensing a design to product release in a lengthy process. A shoe, for example, can take over a year to go through the process of licensing, development, testing, market research and product release. This opportunity is for salespeople who are willing to invest the time and effort to secure a long-term financial future for themselves and their family. Your fast money comes from the initial licensing contracts. Your "I can retire now!" money comes a couple of years down the line.

Here's where I sell you the dream: Imagine if you sell 20 designs in the span of a year: Just sticking with "Adibok" sized companies, a mid-sized company doing moderate numbers in their field: The result of that down the line, is you making $400,000 every year. And you no longer have to lift a finger to see it. I'm not into overselling, so I will not mention what will happen if you manage to pick up a large sized company that sells millions of units. I'm not going to sell you on what will happen if you license a "hit". Something that generates billions of dollars like a Jordan shoe. I just want you to consider the possibility of making 2 dozen sales to mid-sized companies (anywhere in the world, you are not limited to the U.S.), and what that will do for you and those you love. This will not be easy. It will be hard work, repeated emails, phone calls, contacts. Closed doors, "No thanks", and rejections are in your future. Do you have what it takes to push through to find success? This is for hustlers and knuckleheads who don't take "No" for an answer. Are you one of us?

SDW Extra Earnings (Ko-Fi Subscriptions)

In addition to earning through Black Label, SDW Black Label Agents can also earn an income by recruiting business and individuals to my Ko-Fi page at Ko-Fi.com/Sicisupreme. SDW BLA's will also receive 10% of all monthly subscriptions that they refer. There, I offer over 4,000 non-exclusive designs for businesses and much more content. As long as the subscriber mentions you and provides your BLA number, you will receive 10%.

What To Expect As A Black Label Agent

As a Black Label Agent, you are a freelancer. Your own business owner. It is completely up to you how to approach companies with the designs. As long as you approach clients with full honestly, transparency and professionalism, you can work to generate sales in the best way you see fit. It would behoove you remember that this is an EXTREMELY controversial company. So, we do not put restraints on you. Work how you want, with whomever you want. Within reason. You will obviously not be allowed to misrepresent the product or opportunities to clients, and if found doing so, will be removed as an agent.

However, we do provide you with the tools necessary to be successful. If accepted as a Black Label agent, you will receive access to the Black Label Database. Each design or design series will come with a full information package to help you present the design to companies, as well as market information, sales tools and other resources to help you be successful. After all, the more money you make, the more money we make. So, we're going to make you moneymakers to the best of our ability.

If you are hired, you will receive a Black Label Agent number. Your job will be to direct the purchasing company back to the design package to purchase with your BLA Number. They will be able to purchase the design from the Black Label Database. Once they make the purchase with your BLA number, the design will be removed from the Database and you will be paid 10% of the sale. Keep in mind that each design is open to all Black Label Agents and the first one to sell it, gets the commission and royalties.

If you make a sale, you will be paid through the payment method you provide to us upon being hired. (Bank account, Paypal, etc...) The commission will be paid within 3-5 business days of the close of the sale. (It's important to properly represent the product, because we do provide refunds on the licensing for misrepresentation. If we have to pay them back, we'll have to take your money back, as well.). For royalty payments, you will be paid within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the royalties to us. Again, these payments will not be produced until the company has gone through the production cycle and are actually selling the designs. This length of time will vary depending on company and product. There is also the possibility they never even take it to market after purchasing, as they are not contractually obligated to produce the design, once purchased. If that happens, both Black Label and you the agent, will have to settle for the initial licensing payment. However, if they take it to market, royalty payments are usually paid per quarter. (Every three months, starting from January to March.) And it usually comes 30-60 days after the quarter, depending on the company.)

So, as a Black Label Agent, you'll be looking to make money for your day-to-day expenses, with licensing fees. The Royalties will take longer, but will be the backbone of your eventual wealth. Your goal as a Black Label Agent should be to secure at least 2-3 contracts per month. That will set you up for long term financial success. As you are freelancers, there is no minimum sales requirement for you to stay with the program. However, top salespeople will see increased rewards, including a larger slice of the royalty pie and other financial bonuses.

Do I need previous licensing experience?

No. Experience in sales, business development, networking, or industry relationships is valuable. The ability to create opportunities is the most important skill.

What industries can I approach?

Any industry where a Black Label concept may create value, including fashion, technology, automotive, consumer products, sports, beauty, entertainment, and more. Please keep this in mind: DO NOT LIMIT YOURSELF. If I design a shoe, that does not mean you can only license the shoe to a shoe company. What if you licensed the shoe to a fashion company looking to get into the shoe game? What if you licensed it to a company who wanted to use it as the shoes for a video game character? What if an interior design company wanted to license the pattern of the shoe? Or, a shoe magazine just wants the photo for use in a logo? Think outside the box. Don't just think about selling in the United States or to major companies. Think about selling in foreign countries and with smaller businesses. You'll make more money if you have 100 designs in smaller international markets, than you would with 1 sale with Nike. (Who already have their own designers.).

Do I have to purchase designs?

No. You will never be required to spend any money, in any way, for this opportunity at any time. If you are ever approached by anyone saying you need to pay anything to be an SDW Black Label Agent, it is a scam. Report it to us.

Is income guaranteed?

No. Compensation is performance-based and depends on successful introductions, agreements, and licensed products. We will do everything in our power to make you successful in your sales, but ultimately, you have to earn your way, as hustlers do.

How long do royalty payments continue?

Royalty payments continue for as long as the licensed product is being sold by the purchasing company. If they never take it to market, you will only be paid the initial licensing fee. If the product sells for the entirety of your life, you will be paid your royalties for the entirety of your life.

Can I represent specific industries?

Yes. Representatives may focus on industries where they have experience, relationships, or market knowledge.
