As a Sici Design Works Black Label Agent, your job is simple: find the opportunity, connect with the client, and close the deal.

​

Black Label gives businesses, brands, entrepreneurs, and creators access to exclusive Sici Design Works designs for commercial use. Your role is to identify potential buyers, introduce them to the right designs, and guide them toward a purchase through the Black Label platform.

​

You don't create the designs. You don't manufacture the products. And you don't negotiate the price.

You find the people who can use what we offer—and turn those connections into sales.

The harder you work, the more qualified prospects you find, and the more sales you help generate, the greater your earning potential.

Your path from prospect to paycheck.

Being a successful Sici Design Works Black Label Agent comes down to one thing: Consistently finding the right people and turning opportunities into sales. You don't need to know everything on day one. Learn the system, work the steps, and build from there.

 

This section will provide you with all of the resources you need to be successful at creating your own, long-term source of steady income. Learn the 8 Steps of Success and then continue on to a wealth of teaching, tools and guides to help you maximize your potential earnings. 

 

STEP 1 — KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SELLING

Before you approach anyone, know Black Label.

Learn:

• What makes Black Label designs exclusive

• What types of businesses can use them

• How the licensing process works

• What the client receives

• Where to find available designs

• Current pricing and licensing terms

 

Goal: Be able to explain Black Label confidently without having to read from a script.

 

STEP 2 — FIND THE OPPORTUNITY

Don't wait for clients to find you.

Look for businesses, brands, entrepreneurs, designers, manufacturers, retailers, and creators who could turn Black Label designs into products.

Look for:

• New brands

• New product launches

• Growing companies

• New collections

• Businesses expanding into new categories

• Companies actively looking for designs

• Entrepreneurs building new product lines

Goal: Build a steady list of qualified prospects.

 

STEP 3 — IDENTIFY THE BUYER

Finding a company isn't enough. Find the person who can actually make the decision.

That could be the: Owner • Founder • CEO • Creative Director • Product Developer • Buyer • Brand Manager • Purchasing Director

 

Goal: Get your opportunity in front of the right person.

STEP 4 — MAKE THE CONNECTION

Don't immediately throw a sales pitch at everyone. Start a conversation. Learn what they're doing. Find out what they're developing. Look for the problem Black Label can solve.

Goal: Turn a cold prospect into a genuine sales conversation.

 

STEP 5 — PRESENT THE OPPORTUNITY

Once you've identified a legitimate opportunity, introduce the client to the Black Label selection that makes sense for them. Show them why the design could work for their business. Then direct them to Black Label to review the available designs, licensing information, and purchase options.

 

Remember: Black Label pricing is set in the store and is non-negotiable.

Goal: Get the prospect from “That's interesting” to “I want it.”

STEP 6 — FOLLOW UP

Most sales aren't lost because someone said no. They're lost because nobody followed up. Keep the conversation moving without becoming a nuisance. Follow up. Answer questions. Provide information. Stay professional.

​

Goal: Don't let a qualified opportunity disappear.

 

STEP 7 — CLOSE THE SALE

The client completes their purchase through Black Label. Your job is to help move the opportunity across the finish line.

 

Find → Connect → Present → Follow Up → Close

 

When the sale happens, you get paid according to the applicable Black Label Agent compensation structure. That will be 10% commission of the upfront sale. Then 10% of the royalties that we receive from the client's quarterly sales, for as long as they sell the item. It will be paid out to the payment method you choose upon your onboarding within 7 business days of our receipt of the funds from the final sale and quarterly royalty reporting date.

STEP 8 — REPEAT

One sale is great. A pipeline is better. Keep prospecting while you're following up with existing opportunities.

• Start conversations.

• Follow up.

• Present opportunities.

• Close sales.
